Structural Change at RSM: Nathan Schaffer appointed as Operations Manager

We are pleased to announce that Nathan Schaffer has taken on the role of Operations Manager at Radio Spectrum Management (RSM), transitioning from his previous position as Manager, Radio Spectrum Investigations. This change is part of a broader structural realignment within RSM aimed at improving clarity, accountability, and alignment across our operational teams.

As part of this restructure, the Licensing team will now fall under Nathan’s leadership, bringing our investigations and licensing functions together under a single operational umbrella. This integration is expected to strengthen coordination across teams, support more cohesive decision making, and improve our service delivery to customers and stakeholders.

Since joining RSM in 2013, he has demonstrated strong leadership, operational insight, and a consistent focus on delivering practical outcomes. We are confident that under Nathan’s leadership, the operational functions at RSM will continue to evolve and deliver even greater value to the spectrum community.
