Holiday operating hours

Radio Spectrum Management (RSM) operating hours over the Christmas and New Year period.

Radio Spectrum Management (RSM) will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period. Our offices will close at 5.00pm on Wednesday, 24 December, and will reopen at 8.30am on Monday, 5 January.

During this time, our teams will be on break and normal services will resume when we reopen in the new year. Our website remains available for information on licensing, compliance, and general guidance.

If you need to report interference affecting a safety of life emergency service, please phone 03 520 8000. An operator will take your message and forward it to the RSM duty coordinator. The duty coordinator will contact you as soon as possible once your message has been received.
