Discard a spectrum transfer form

You can discard a spectrum transfer Form 9 'Notice of transfer of spectrum licence' in the Register of Radio Frequencies (RRF).

What you need to know

When you discard a spectrum licence transfer Form 9, you are discarding an 'incomplete' form in the Register of Radio Frequencies (RRF).

Discarding a licence transfer occurs when you no longer want to action the transfer or when a Manager declines the Form 9 for a spectrum transfer. If no action is taken, an incomplete Form 9 will automatically discard after 1 month.
