RRF System Issues and Improvements Reporting Form

This form is for raising technical issues with the operation of the Register of Radio Frequencies eg. forbidden errors, unexpected processes, missing or unexpected options in drop-down lists etc.

This form is not for radio & spectrum licensing matters such as options for certain licence types, dispensations from licensing PIB38 and PIB39 etc. For these issues, please use the email address.

Your responses to the questions will be emailed to the RSM team and will be retained in their email system to help us respond to ypur technical issues.
