PIB 22 is a convenient reference to the bands used in the Fixed Service, showing details of channels, frequencies and separations between the ‘go’ and ‘return’ channels.

Fixed service bands in New Zealand (PIB 22) is a convenient reference to the bands used in the Fixed Service, showing details of channels, frequencies and separations between the ‘go’ and ‘return’ channels. In some bands interleaved plans are used and notes identify where interleaved plans exist. The inclusion of a band plan, or a particular channel in any band plan, does not necessarily mean that the band or channel is available for licensing.

This document is intended for use by persons who engineer and certify licences, and should be read in conjunction with the Radio Licence Policy Rules (PIB 58) and the Radio Licence Certification Rules (PIB 38).
