Radiocommunications (Compliance) Notice 2020

This notice describes the different levels of conformity for products, including the level of testing and documentation as well as product labelling requirements. It also describes the requirements for the Declaration of Conformity.

Radiocommunications (Radio Standards) Notice 2023

This notice describes the performance standards required to be met by different classes of radio product, and the unwanted emission power limit for any transmitter not covered by those standards. Additionally, limits of unwanted emissions are specified for Low Power FM transmitters. The notice also assigns the level of conformity applying to the products covered by each standard.

Radiocommunications (EMC Standards) Notice 2019

This notice describes the performance standards required to be met by electrical and electronic products (other than licensed radio transmitters covered by the Radio Standards Notice). It also assigns levels of conformity for products, and allowable frequency bands for equipment using radio energy (ISM equipment).

Radiocommunications regulations (Licence to supply radio transmitters – ban on the supply of radio microphones equipment in the 698–806 MHz frequency range) Notice 2013

This notice requires that licensed suppliers of radio transmitters must not import or supply radio microphone equipment that operates in the frequency band 698MHz to 806MHz.
