Withdraw a caveat

Any caveat may be withdrawn by the caveator or by the caveator's attorney or agent under a written authority, and either as to the whole or any part of the management rights or spectrum licence protected by the caveat, by lodging with the Registrar of Radio Frequencies a prescribed form.

An online statutory Form 21 Withdrawal of caveat is required to be submitted online in the Register of Radio Frequencies (the Register) to withdraw the caveat.

The online Form 21 is available from the Spectrum Forms menu after logging onto the Register.

A user guide on the completion of this form will soon be available on this website.
