Request an activation code

If you've lost the activation code we sent you to activate your account in the Register of Radio Frequencies (RRF), you can request another.

Request an activation code

To request another activation code:

  1. Select Search Register > Search Clients from the main RRF menu.
  2. Find your client number. Do this by entering the name, email address or NZBN you submitted on your client application form.
  3. Your client record will display on-screen. Write down your client number — you'll need this to put on your application form.
  4. Complete and submit the activation code request form. You need to enter your client number in the relevant field.
  5. We will send you a new activation code by email.
  6. Once you’ve received your new activation code, follow the process to activate your account.

Note: If your search in Step 2 returns nil results, it means you're not set up yet in the RRF. It takes us about 5 days to process your application.
