Radio licences
You can change your address details or cancel your radio licence either online, by email info@rsm.govt.nz, or by sending us a completed Radio 13 form.
Spectrum licences
Radio Spectrum Management (RSM) only manages spectrum licences in the Crown Management Rights. To apply for a licence in a privately owned Management Right, please contact the owner of the management right. You can get their details from the Register of Radio Frequencies (the Register).
Modify, transfer or cancel licences
Applications to modify, transfer or cancel a spectrum licence require the use of forms specified in Schedule 7 of the Radiocommunications Regulations 2001.
