Notification of applications for Managed Spectrum Park licences

 

Below is a list of current and past applications received and notified by Radio Spectrum Management for counter applications as part of the formal requirements of notification for the Managed Spectrum Park (MSP) licence application process.

Some notices refer to the Ministry of Economic Development of which RSM was a part of, prior to the creation of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.
 

Notice 49

Notice is hereby given that:

  • New Zealand Technology Group Hawkes Bay Ltd has applied for additional Managed Spectrum Park (MSP) licences which cover parts of the Napier, Hastings and Central Hawkes Bay District TLA areas, and
  • ThePacific.Net Ltd has applied for MSP licences which cover parts of the Nelson Tasman District TLA area.
     

The relevant technical details for these planned licences can be viewed by ARE’s (Approved Radio Engineers) in the Register of Radio Frequencies.

If you wish to make an application for a licence which may conflict with any of these applications you must submit, electronically in the Register, planned and certified Form 7 Licences to Transmit Radio Waves, to the Crown Spectrum Asset Manager, Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment by 5.00pm Friday 11 August 2017.

This extension is to take into account the clarification of the boundaries of the Auckland Council and the desire of the initial applicant to lodge additional applications in that TLA area. (These have subsequently been lodged in the Auckland Council TLA area).
