Radio Spectrum Management is responsible for ensuring that licensing and product compliance requirements are met by conducting audits of radio transmitters, and audits of manufacturers, importers, and retailers of electrical, electronic and radio products.

Follow-up to non-compliance includes the issuing of warning and infringement notices, or prosecution proceedings as appropriate.

Radio microphone changes
