You can search the SMART register without being logged on. However, to log on and update SMART, you must be an active RSM client. Current licence holders must activate their account before logging on for the first time. Thereafter, current licence holders may access SMART by clicking on the Logon button above. For previous licence holders, you may search the Register to see if you are still recorded as a client. If so, please contact us with your Client Id and we will send you an Activation Code to enable you to logon to SMART.
