Search licences

Overview

Search Licences is the quickest way to search the following options.

• A planned licence search used by approved RSM users.
• Multiple licences belonging to a client, management right or location.

Step by step guide

Follow the steps below to search licences.

You must logon to SMART to complete your search.

Step 1

From Search the Register, click Search Licences

Step 2

• Enter Licence ID OR Licence Number into the relevant field OR
• Choose an option from the table below if applicable.
   

Step 3

On the right side of screen, choose an option from the dropdown lists if applicable. Figure 1 below shows a list of examples.

Click Search once you are satisfied with your search criteria
 

Tips

• Click plus or minus icon to toggle between Show / Hide Search Criteria to display your search criteria.
• The less information entered returns more results. Likewise the more information returns less results

Note

If completing a direct Engineering application, as a logged on user, your name is automatically selected.

Tip

• Engineer’s details are sorted by first name. To jump to a name further down the list press the first name initial on the keyboard

Click the Licence ID link. Figure 2 shows the licence result.

Click any section in the Licence Summary to view:

1. any technical link on the licence OR,
2. any link listed below:
   • Event Summary
   • Basic Details
   • Classification
   • Radiation Pattern
   • Conditions
