View or Change your SMART user logon details

Overview

You can update your logon details at any time.

Fields that you may update are:

  • Password

  • Your first name

  • Your last name

  • The expiry date of your password

  • Your secret question

Follow these easy steps to help you change your logon details in SMART.

 

Step 1

Access SMART and then click [Logon] from the menu bar.

Step 2

Enter your User Name and Password and then click the [Logon] button below your username.

Step 3

Your personal homepage opens.

Click Logon Details and then select Change your Logon Details.

Step 4

The Logon Details screen opens.

You now have the ability to update any field that is editable.

Click [Save] when finished.

[icon] Note.Note

  • Passwords are case sensitive. They must be a combination of letters and numbers and at least 7 characters long.

  • The “Secret Question” and answer are used if you forgot your password.

  • “Medsec email” means your email address.


[icon] What you need to know.Tip

  • The fields marked with an orange asterisk are mandatory to complete

  • The information that is in the First Name and Last Name fields is displayed when you logon to SMART e.g. “Welcome Generic Company" (as shown above).

  • You can update this information to identify this specific logon. For example – Update Last Name to be “Company (Bob Smith)”. Your screen will now show “Welcome Generic Company (Bob Smith)”.
