Data extracts

Overview

Data Extracts is a licensing function used by RSM approved users.

Users must be logged into SMART and assigned special licensing privileges to use Data Extracts.

Data Extracts enables RSM approved users to search and extract specified data to a file for Licences, Management Rights, Callsigns and Clients.

In addition, an Area Search facility allows users to search for and extract specific data for licences contained within a defined radius of a transmit or receive point location.

The purpose of Data Extracts is to create reports from the results of your data search to:

• Download or “extract” specific information and save it to your computer
• Analyse multiple records
• Identify licences for a particular client.
