PIB 58 - Radio Licence Policy Rules

The Radio Licence Policy Rules (Public Information Brochure - PIB 58) is a document that prescribes the policy rules for the granting radio licences. This document complements the Radio Licence Certification Rules (PIB 38) which prescribes the technical certification requirements.

All Approved Radio Engineers, Approved Radio Certifiers (ARE’s & ARC’s) and anyone seeking a licence must comply with this document before a licence can be granted.
