Current details about transmitter sale information required by the Ministry are advised in the Radiocommunications Regulations (Returns in Respect of Supply of Radio Transmitters) Notice 2008 [23 kB PDF].

Complete Radio 3 - Application for Licence to Supply Radio Apparatus (Dealers Licence), and send to the address specified on the form.

For suppliers of electrical and radio products

To apply for a Supplier Code Number to use the C-tick compliance mark, complete Radio 11 - Application for Supplier Code Number form (SCN) [132 kB PDF] and send to the address specified on the form.  For more information on NZ compliance requirements refer to the Suppliers section of our website.

To certify that a product meets applicable standards, complete a Declaration of Conformity (SDoC) - Supplier’s Declaration of Conformity [123 kB PDF].
