Proposed power increase for short range devices in the 9-190 kHz band

The Ministry is proposing to increase the power permitted by the General User Radio Licences for Short Range Devices in the 9–190 kHz band. This change will better harmonise our arrangements with international limits in the band.
The Ministry invites industry comment on the proposal. Submissions close 5:00pm, 14 December 2011.
