Proposal for 56 MHz channel spacing in fixed service bands

The Ministry is proposing to allow 56 MHz channel spacing in the V, U, X and 38 GHz Fixed Service frequency bands in order to facilitate higher capacity Digital Microwave Radio (DMR) for faster backhaul and data speeds. Read further details of the proposal here.
The Ministry would like to invite industry comment on the proposal. Submissions close on 5:00pm, Friday 23 September 2011 and details of how to make a submission can be found here.
