Local commercial FM broadcasting annual compliance report
The Ministry of Economic Development requires all Local Commercial Licence Holders to complete and return a compliance report by 31 July 2010.
Pursuant to clause 10 of the Local Commercial Licence Agreement, the Ministry of Economic Development requires all Local Commercial Licence Holders to complete and return a compliance report by 31 July 2010.
The last round of reporting focused on the implementation requirement in clause 8 of the Agreement. It is intended that greater consideration is given to the local content obligations in clauses 6.8 and 6.9 in this and future reporting rounds.
