Feedback sought on revised Radio Licence Certification Rules
The Ministry of Economic Development has revised PIB 38.
The Radio Licence Certification Rules’ (Public Information Brochure (PIB) 38) document specifies the rules for the certification of Radio Licences in the Radio Licensing bands.
The Ministry of Economic Development has revised PIB 38 to better reflect current licensing policies and practices, as well as providing clearer structure. Public comment and feedback on a draft of the revised document is now being sought.
Comments and feedback are to be received by 5.00pm, Wednesday 19 August 2010.
