Feedback sought on draft Public Information Brochure

The Ministry of Economic Development is proposing a new Public Information Brochure (PIB) to clarify and update the operational policy rules for radio licences.

The Radio Licence Policy Rules (PIB 58) will complement the Radio Licence Certification Rules (PIB 38).

PIB 58 is currently in draft form. Once finalised, it will replace the radio licensing operational policy documents and some PIBs. PIB 58 also introduces some new and amended policies. A list of the affected items is available.

The Ministry is seeking comment on the draft PIB 58. Please provide your feedback by 5:00 pm, Friday, 29 April 2011.
