Pay a planned licence

Overview

Radio Spectrum Management collects fees on licences and engineering services to recover the cost of providing these services.

The licence fees are made up of two components:

  • annual fees and
  • RSM engineering fees when RSM engineer new licences, OR re-engineer existing licences.

In addition, broadcasting licences may require a separate fee; dependant on the policy criteria under which a licence can be offered.

Note | Before a radio OR spectrum licence can be granted OR registered, the licence holder must pay in full the annual and/or engineering fees associated with their planned licence(s).

There are three options available to pay licence renewals

  • Direct debit
  • Credit card OR
  • Manual payment such as forwarding cheque for the total fee to the address on the invoice

If you need a tax invoice to gain approval prior to payment, this can be created immediately, if not a tax invoice will be emailed once fees are paid

The below user guide is a brief explanation of each payment option.
