Activate your client account

Overview

To become a registered user in SMART you must first activate your client account. If you are new to RSM and do not have a client account, complete our online request form and we will set one up for you. 

It is important that you have a valid email address to receive your Activation Code. If you have not received your activation code you can request one using our online form.

Activating your client account is an online process that both new and existing RSM licence holders are required to complete before they can logon to SMART.

Once your account is activated, you are prompted to enter or update your contact details, phone numbers, and email address.

There is visible online help on every page of SMART. You can also click the SMART help tab, or use these step by step user guides and interactive demo. If you require further assistance please contact us.
 

Forget your password?

SMART Logon screen has a link to access to get a new password. Our user guide will assist you. Once you have answered the questions, a new password will be emailed to you.
 

Direct debit option

At the time of activating your account, you will get an option to become a direct debit client.

If you wish to become a direct debit client, then we recommend you have your bank account details handy when you activate your account.
