Licensing forms
We recommend you apply online for fast and efficient processing of your application. For more information on the application process and your options see Apply for a Licence. If you pay your annual fee online you will receive at least 10% off the annual fee.
Paper applications should be sent to the address specified on the form.
Radio licences
Choose the appropriate application form according to the service in which the licence is to be used. For more information on the different services see What type of licence do I need?

Spectrum licences
Radio Spectrum Management (RSM) manages spectrum licences in the Crown Management Rights only. To apply for a licence in a privately owned Management Right please contact the owner of the right.
Modify, transfer or cancel licences
Applications to modify, transfer or cancel a spectrum licence require the use of forms specified in Schedule 7 of the Radiocommunications Regulations 2001.
All prescribed forms must be submitted signed and in duplicate to the Registrar. For more information on spectrum licensing regime see Licensing regime.
