The process

During business working hours 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday except public holidays, please phone 0508 RSM INFO 0508 776463 and you will be connected to an RSM representative who will take your call and immediately contact appropriate staff to deal with the interference.

For after business hours occurrences of harmful interference, please call 026 106091 and you will be connected to our 24 hour call out paging service.  Please do not call this number unless harmful interference is being experienced on frequencies used for international safety services.  The service is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Our commitment

Interference complaints will be responded to, and remedial action commenced within 2 hours of being lodged for 95% of complaints of interference affecting public safety services.
