Provisional results of the auction and settlement processes
Settlement process
The settlement process for Provisionally Successful bidders in the Local FM Commercial category is as follows.
You will shortly receive two copies of the Licence Agreement required to be signed as a condition of settlement.
Within 20 working days of the date of the Auction (by 4pm Friday 20 June 2008)
- Sign and return the two copies of the Licence Agreement which will be mailed to you on Friday 23 May 2008.
- Provide a second Statutory Declaration confirming that you are still eligible under the terms and conditions published on the Auction Information page.
Once the Ministry receives this documentation and verifies that you have paid the sum of your successful bid to the auctioneer, Dunbar Sloane, it will arrange the transfer of the licences in your lot to your name.
