3.5 GHz spectrum application received

Round three: notice of qualifying applicant – Network Waitaki Limited

The Ministry has received an application to purchase a 3.5 GHz spectrum licence; lot number 503-WTK-2.

The applicant, Network Waitaki Limited is a Qualifying Applicant. If no qualifying competing application is received by the Ministry by 10 November 2009, the licences will be assigned to Network Waitaki at the reserve price.

Round three: notice of qualifying applicant – Alpine Energy Limited

The Ministry has received an application to purchase 3.5 GHz spectrum licences for the following lots:

• 503-TIM-2

• 503-MAC-1

• 503-MAC-2

• 503-WMT-1

• 503-WMT-2

The applicant, Alpine Energy Limited is a Qualifying Applicant. If no qualifying competing application is received by the Ministry by 10 November 2009, the licences will be assigned to Alpine Energy Limited at the reserve price.
