6.1 Detailed auction rules
- Detailed auction rules, including auction processes, technical specifications of lots and terms and conditions relating to management rights will be finalised and released at least one month prior to the auction.
- At this stage it is proposed that the 2.3 GHz management rights for auction would commence upon the expiry of the present rights in late 2010. However some earlier use may be possible depending upon any reconfiguration of the existing rights. Management rights in the 2.5 GHz band are expected to commence on 1 January 2009, but dependant upon final decisions on the transition plan outlined in this document.
