If all UHF-TV rightholders accept offers, total receipts will be in the order of $8m (2010 dollars), depending on the exact prices of individual licence renewals. Ministry of Economic Development costs, including any external contractors or consultants are expected to be less than $0.5m and will be met from the existing appropriation for spectrum sales.
