Update May 2008

New offers of licences have now been reissued to existing commercial right holders after the withdrawal of Offer 2. The offer price has been developed by a calculation process which recognises the population covered by each licence and an average value, per head of population, in each geographic area.

Please note that the licence parameters have been revised and these revisions are now being registered for completion by 30 May 2008. In the meantime a spreadsheet with the main technical parameters of the revised licences is available.
