Update 25 June 2007 – Consultant appointed to calculate the renewal price for 800/900 MHz cellular spectrum
Pricing consultant
On 18 May 2007, the Ministry sent out a request for proposals to prospective consultants for the calculation of offer prices for the renewal of 800/900 MHz management rights for cellular services.
The proposals received were then evaluated against set criteria and Network Strategies Limited was selected as the preferred supplier.
The report on the offer prices is due in August 2007, the Ministry will then review the report and intends to finalise offers in September 2007.
