This discussion document reviews the efficiency of spectrum allocations in the 806-960 MHz band, principally for non-cellular applications, and considers options for replanning these allocations to achieve greater efficiency.
Analysis of the potential inteference between services across different boundaries has been undertaken in order to assess the technical feasibility of the changes proposed in the discussion paper.
