These documents specify the licensing policies for radiocommunication services and often reflect decisions made following public consultation. The policy rules for Radio Licensing have recently been amalgamated into PIB 58.

PIB 58 specifies the operational policies for Radio Licensing.
Broadcasting Services
The operational policies for broadcasting services are divided among a number of policy documents. The Ministry is currently working to amalgamate these into a public information brochure covering all Crown Spectrum Licences.
