6. Conclusion and next steps
Up one levelThere is no need for major policy changes to the RLR as no significant concerns were raised regarding the effectiveness of the current regime. The Ministry is therefore not proposing to undertake further substantive work on reforming the RLR.
The Ministry does, however, propose to undertake the following operational and technical initiatives in response to the findings of this review.
