Up one levelThe Ministry’s September 2008 discussion paper on High Capacity Short-Haul Point-to-Point Linking in the 70-90 GHz Band raised three main topics for comment: appropriate spectrum allocations, technical standards, operating parameters, and the appropriate licensing mechanism.
