4. Other Issues

In the course of preparing submissions to this discussion paper other issues related to the operation and licensing of STLs may become apparent. The Ministry wishes to learn what these issues are.

The Ministry also wishes to draw the readers attention to other initiatives that may impact upon responses to this discussion paper. In particular the Ministry has recently released another discussion paper entitled VHF-FM Broadcasting: Frequency Availability and Allocation, responses to which may influence the future demand for STL licences.

Question 10: Are there any other issues that you wish the Ministry to take into account when developing frequency band arrangements for STLs?
