paperscollection: Digital dividend auction
The government has announced plans to auction the ‘digital dividend’ 700 MHz radio spectrum later this year. We are now consulting on plans for the auction.

UHF Radiomicophones: Opportunities for future use
The Ministry is seeking submissions on the "UHF Radiomicophones: Opportunities for future use" discussion document. This presents future options for radiomicrophones using 518 – 806 MHz UHF spectrum.

2.1 GHz Acquisition Limits Review
The Ministry has consulted on the acquisition limits ("spectrum caps") on spectrum in the 2.1 GHz band used for 3G mobile. The consultation period for this review has now closed.

Minimum field strength consultation
The Ministry is planning to update the Minimum Field Strength (MFS) notice. Submissions closed on 15 March 2013, the results will be published on the website shortly.

Radio Spectrum Five Year Outlook 2012-2016
