paperscollection: Digital dividend discussion document
The Ministry has consulted on technical and policy arrangements for the allocation of the ‘digital dividend’ 700 MHz spectrum band. Public submissions on the proposals have now closed. All submissions are published, and are available for review.

EMC Code of Practice for the supply, installation and operation of power drives systems (variable speed drives paper) – consultation paper August 2011
The Ministry prepared a consultation paper that discussed proposals for a new EMC Code of Practice (RSM COP 002) and invited submissions from interested parties on those proposals. Submissions closed on 26 September 2011.

The report on the Citizen Band Radio Services – Report on Submissions to the December 2010 Consultation – September 2011 has been completed and a new Citizen Band radio General User Radio Licence has been gazetted.

Proposed power increase for short range devices in the 9-190 kHz band
The Ministry is proposing to increase the power permitted by the General User Radio Licences for Short Range Devices in the 9–190 kHz band and is inviting comments on the proposal.
