2007 fees review
In 2006 RSM undertook a cost allocation study to identify fee options that:

Continue the process of eliminating cross-subsidies between fee categories

Identify costs associated with "spectrum public park" management

Introduce customer choice in radio interference investigation

Continue reducing the Memorandum Account surplus at a rate of $NZ2M per annum
-
Maintain annual fees revenue at $NZ7.5M.
A cost allocation study [575.9 kB PDF] and proposed fee options was presented for public comment in March 2007.
As a result of public consultation RSM have prepared a response and analysis of submissions. The current 2005 fees and new fees 1 February 2008 are shown for comparison.
