Notice is hereby given that KiwiMax Limited has applied for new MSP licences which cover parts of the Gore and Southland District Council and the Invercargill City Council TLA areas;

The relevant technical details for these planned licences can be viewed by ARE’s (approved radio engineers) in SMART (the Register of Radio Frequencies).

If you wish to make an application for a licence which may conflict with these applications you must provide electronically in SMART a planned/certified Form 7 Licence to Transmit Radio Waves to the Crown Spectrum Asset Manager, Level 9, Ministry of Economic Development, 33 Bowen Street, Wellington by 12 June 2012, being 30 working days from the posting of this notice.

The Inspire Net Limited applications for the Manawatu District TLA, notified in Notice 10, will continue to be processed in accordance with the normal procedures involved with Notice 10.

Notice 11

Notice is Hereby given that the Inspire Net Limited applications for the Manawatu District TLA notified in Notice 10 below, are withdrawn from the Notice 10 process. The Inspire Net applications for the Manawatu area will now be processed under Notice 7 as competing (class 2) applications in respect of Netsmart Ltd’s Palmerston North District TLA applications.

As the Notice 7 application period expired on 19 September no other applications for Manawatu for this round will be accepted at this time.
