Notice: Withdrawal of Lot from Radio Frequency Auction No. 6

The Ministry of Economic Development has recently become aware that there may be difficulties with the operation of the spectrum licence for lot 1AA currently offered in Radio Frequency Auction No. 6. Therefore, in accordance with Clause 37 of the Auction Catalogue, the Chief Executive would like to advise that lot number 1AA is now withdrawn from the auction.

In accordance with Clause 39 of the Auction Catalogue, if they wish, those bidders who have made bids in relation to lot 1AA may call for all or part of their deposits to be returned by the Ministry on the same basis as if they were unsuccessful bidders.
