3. Considerations regarding lot design
- The following considerations are relevant to determining the design of the lots to be offered at auction:
- Expected technical developments and likely demand;
- Size and location of the managed spectrum park or parks;
- Pro-competition measures, notably acquisition limits;
- Technical issues including accommodating TDD and FDD technologies and guard-bands;
- Preferences regarding auction type;
- These issues are considered in the following sections.
