Local commercial annual compliance report

Pursuant to clause 10 of the Local Commercial Licence Agreement, the Ministry of Economic Development requires all Local Commercial Licence Holders to complete and return a compliance report by 31 July 2011 in the form provided.

Please complete the Agreement Template and return by email or post by 31 July 2011.

Please ensure that you include full details/information in your report.
