Records
Up one levelIt is proposed that broadcasters should be required to keep records, available to the managing agency on request, containing sufficient information to ensure that managing agencies are able to establish whether or not the operations of the broadcaster comply with the terms and conditions of the licence agreement.
Typically, such records would include programme schedules, studio rosters and audio recordings of the previous twenty days' broadcasts (as directed by the Broadcasting Standards Authority under the Broadcasting Act 1989).
