Audit

At present, managing agencies, at their sole discretion and on reasonable notice, may conduct a compliance audit of the operations of a broadcaster at any time, and that broadcasters must allow managing agencies unimpeded access to their premises and to all pertinent records for that purpose.

Managing agencies may record and analyse any broadcasts made by the broadcaster without prior notice.

If the managing agency judges that there is a breach then it will initiate enforcement procedures outlined above.
