The 'Agreement between New Zealand and Singapore on a Closer Economic Partnership' (ANZSCEP) came into force on 1 January 2001.
For the purposes of New Zealand regulatory requirements, an "accredited testing body" means a test facility as defined in Section 3.1 of Annex 4.1 (Product Chapter on Electrical and Electronic Equipment) of the CEP.
