Privacy information

Radio Spectrum Management records all incoming calls to our Contact Centre for training and quality assurance purposes. These calls are stored securely for 18 months from the date of the call. Within that time period, you can request access to your recorded call by phoning 0508 776 463 and asking for the Privacy Officer.
