I am a radio product supplier, what do I need to do?
- Ensure product operates in accordance with licensing policy in New Zealand – see the Table of Radio Spectrum Usage in New Zealand, the licensing information page, and the Radiocommunications Regulations (General User Radio Licence for Short Range Devices) Notice 2003.
- Ensure product complies with an applicable standard
- Determine compliance level (see right hand column of the table)
- Ensure requirements for the compliance level are met
